PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project involved enhancing 96 three-bedroom/one-bathroom dwelling units designated for assisted rental under the Section 8 Program from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The improvements included meeting HUD’s Section 504 requirements, incorporating 4 handicapped and 2 hearing/vision impaired units. ENTECH served as the HOME Project Inspector for the Valle Verde Housing Project Improvements in Adjuntas, PR.
