Viva Carolina Social Interest Housing Program Improvements and Expansions

ENTECH provided professional A/E services to the Municipality of Carolina as part of the Viva Carolina Rehabilitation and Repair Housing Program, which positively impacted more than 500 families across the Rural and Urban areas of the Municipality. ENTECH’s scope of work consisted in evaluating the condition of housing units which were previously selected by the Municipality. The purpose of the assessment was to determine what improvements needed to be performed to each house unit. The improvements ranged from simple improvements such as kitchen and bathroom renovations, to expansion of existing houses.
