Viva Carolina Social Interest Housing Program – New House

ENTECH provided professional A/E services as part of the Viva Carolina Rehabilitation and Repair Housing Program, which positively impacted more than 500 families. ENTECH’s role was Program Manager/Designer. ENTECH personnel performed an initial evaluation of the structures, and jointly with the Department of Public Works personnel, determined the number units required to be re-constructed or repaired. The NEW HOUSING PROGRAM provided new units to several families. ENTECH developed three models in compliance with the current PR Housing Codes and ADA requirements, the later approved by the Permitting Office of Carolina. Once families where elected for a new house, the ENTECH Design team prepare deconstruction drawings for each of the selected sites.
