PROJECT OVERVIEW
ENTECH played a key role in the Planning, Design, and Supervision of the new warehouse and office building facilities for the Supermercados Selectos chain. Situated in Barrio Espinosa Industrial Park in Dorado, Puerto Rico, the facility comprises 55,000 square feet of dry storage, 15,000 square feet of refrigerated storage, and 10,000 square feet of office space serving as the Central Office. Remarkably, this project was completed in a record time of 11 months and below the Owner’s budget.
