ENTECH delivered comprehensive services encompassing Planning, Design, Permitting and Construction Management for the Cervezas del Sur Brewery in Ponce, PR. The project involved the construction of a new 225,000 square feet facility with a production capacity of 160,000 barrels per year, comprising a brewery, packaging area, utilities, warehouse, and a wastewater treatment plant. Executed through a fast-track delivery method, the project demanded continuous coordination between the designer, contractor, and owner, culminating in its successful completion in 2011.
