PROJECT OVERVIEW
ENTECH assessed the compliance of the general contractor/developer involved in the Central American Village project in Mayaguez, P.R., with the requirements of the HOME program. This evaluation confirmed the contractor’s eligibility to request payment for the remaining project amount and the 10% retained value from the program funds. ENTECH meticulously prepared a Project Closeout Report for the HOME Program, focusing on evaluating three crucial criteria:
1. Compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act.
2. Evaluation of Final Payment Certification.
3. Documentation Requirements for Claiming the Payment of the 10% Retained Value under the
HOME Program.
